Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telehealth Administrator on Call,
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate telehealth services and communicate with onsite nursing
teams for patient care
Monitor EMR for clinical requests and maintain documentation of
encounters
Provide health education and ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Valid RN license and willingness to be licensed in six states
Strong clinical assessment and medical triage skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and
weekends
Compassionate approach to patient care with good technology
aptitude
