Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center
Rep 1 - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and timely member service via various
communication channels
Consult with members to identify needs and recommend appropriate
products and services
Perform account maintenance and complete necessary documentation
for new member accounts
Required Qualifications:
1 year of retail experience with a track record in service and
sales goals
Basic understanding of financial products and services
Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft
applications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping
members
