Job Description:
A company is looking for a Public Health Consultant 9-P11: MI
Violent Death Reporting System (VDRS) Program Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as consultant for all MiVDRS Program strategies and project
management for grant components
Provide consultation on intentional injury mortality and drug
poisoning mortality surveillance
Participate in the integration of evidence-based injury and
violence prevention strategies within other programs
Required Qualifications and Education
Master's degree in public health, health communication, health
policy, or a related field
Public Health Consultant 9: No specific experience required
Public Health Consultant 10: One year of post-master's experience
as a consultant in public health
Public Health Consultant P11: Two years of post-master's
experience, including one year as a Public Health Consultant 10
Successful completion of a background investigation and criminal
records check required
