Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Global Intelligence Analyst -
Tactical (Wed-Sat, 2:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. CDT).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Analysts to prioritize and analyze incidents
affecting business continuity and safety
Guide Analysts in effective communication of threats through the
platform, ensuring timely and actionable alerts
Coach and develop Analysts, focusing on critical thinking,
judgment, and career growth
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience leading a high-performing team in
intelligence or related fields
Confident decision-maker with strong judgment and the ability to
assess complex situations
Proven ability to mentor and develop employees at varying career
stages
Deep curiosity about global events and knowledge of current issues
and risks
Solid understanding of open-source intelligence (OSINT) and comfort
with various tools and systems
