Job Description:
A company is looking for an ADP WFM Lead to support client
resources in the successful implementation of Workforce Management
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with Business Structure Analysis and ensure all required
employee assignments and elements are validated
Develop UAT scripts and support testing of various policies,
consolidating issues for the ADP Implementation Consultant
Create user training materials and support the client during the
go-live process, including answering support questions
Required Qualifications
Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) implementations
Knowledge of payroll structures and related policies
Ability to create training materials and conduct training
sessions
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
Familiarity with change management practices and stakeholder
communication
