Job Description:
A company is looking for a Non-Revenue Inventory Specialist to
manage non-revenue bookings and guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all non-revenue bookings from creation to sailing, ensuring
adherence to guidelines
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and
delivering product information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
and enhance processes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent industry experience
Basic knowledge of Geography
Knowledge of Seaware Reservation System
Travel industry experience preferred
Prior experience in a relevant role is beneficial
