Job Description:
A company is looking for a Plan Compliance Administration
Analyst - Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
Administer retirement plans and ensure compliance with plan
documents and regulatory deadlines
Perform annual compliance testing and prepare necessary forms,
including Forms 5500 and 5330
Communicate with plan sponsors and advisors to resolve
compliance-related issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Retirement Plans
1-3 years of retirement plan administration experience
Strong mathematical and Excel skills
Ability to manage data and process financial transactions
accurately
Experience maintaining data security and handling potential
security threats
