Originally from Europe, born and raised in Germany but now active in Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, UK and Poland.
We just arrived to the US and we are looking for someone to lead our local Marketing!Our business model combines the manufacturing of prescription lenses with a strong marketing engine to acquire and drive customers to our doors. Our campaigns combine online and offline marketing and our customers network strongly increases every day!
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIESWe are looking for someone who is sales oriented, knows how to communicate and motivate, enjoys challenges, being creative, feels comfortable with targets and finds satisfaction in training and bringing the best out of people.This person will work very closely to the Dr. of International Expansion and Dr. of Business Development and will support all areas related to the most important aspect of the company: growth.More in detail, tasks will support the following targets:

  • Expand the brillen concept: build up a network of optical partners and optical corporate stores. Implement and come up with different strategies in order to massively bring our concept in the Area. Strategies will include cold acquisition, B2B marketing, growth programs and optical stores openings.
  • Implement the brillen concept: ensure a positive road to bringing the brillen concept into the US. Following the strategies and roadmaps from European Headquarters and making success happen. We have the ideas and the goals, you make it true.
  • Drive results: accountable for achieving assigned performance metrics, including activation, turnover, conversion rate and other KPIs based upon our concept and our goals. Identify and complete opportunities for constant growth. Make it happen while bringing top results.
  • Relationship Management: cultivate, manage and develop relationships with partners within the market (typically mid-level leaders) to achieve mutual goals. Ability to present with sales skills and confidence, prescribed information to partners and drive them into achieving the desired results.
  • Risk Management: serve as the first line of defense for company by providing ethical and risk adverse guidance to customer facing associates, compliant training, and other tactics.
  • Develop Talent: responsible for personal development and contribute to the overall development and growth of the department. Participates in additional projects to enhance leadership skill set and demonstrate core values. Enterprise wide contribution through a variety of practices including but not limited to: effective and direct feedback, internal relationships, community involvement, networking groups, etc.
    • Optical Experience, Licensed optician is a plus
    • Sales background, retail experience
    • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high volume and collaborative environment
    • Creative and strategic thinker, Detail-oriented
    • Upbeat attitude, common sense, and a problem-solver.
    • 2 year of marketing experience including: digital marketing, CRM and Social Media. Copywriting experience is a plus.
