Job Summary As the Vice President of Sales and Channel Partnerships you will be responsible for identifying, establishing and onboarding new employer partnerships. We are seeking an individual that can help us be instrumental in the overall growth and impact of Crossover Health. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achievement in benefits sales and/or direct experience working in/with benefits consultancies. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing the reach of our health clinic and virtual care offerings to further improve patient and financial outcomes. This role will require building relationships with HR and benefits buyers, helping them realize the innovation, employee experience and cost savings that comes with becoming a Crossover customer. Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and source leads within target employers based on Crossover sales strategy
  • Partner with benefits consultancy channel partners to validate and advance opportunities
  • Establish relationships with Manager, Director, and VP-level Human Resources contacts to better understand customer goals, needs, and buying decision process
  • Effectively communicate Crossover Health's offerings and vision with targeted messaging, clinic visits, and other marketing collateral
  • Manage a team to meet and exceed lead generation targets
  • Participate in commercial initiatives to accelerate Crossover's sales pipeline and drive growth
  • Maintain up-to-date reporting of activities via communication in a CRM
  • Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
    • 15+ years of sales experience
    • 10 + years of Healthcare or Benefits sales experience
    • 3+ years of management experience
    • Strong understanding of the benefits buying cycle and timelines
    • Highly comfortable and effective when engaging Manager, Director, and VP-level Human Resources contacts
    • Demonstrated track record of success with multiple quarters of quota attainment, as well as driving and selling partnerships with employer groups
    • Ability to learn and understand what is important to different organizations, their priorities, concerns, and key decision makers
    • Ability to tailor messaging to various customer needs and personalities to maximize engagement
    • Strong entrepreneurial mind and skill set
    • High-level presentation design ability (Google Suite and Microsoft Products) Preferred Qualifications

        • Up to 50% travel domestically The base pay range for this position is $157,077.00 to $188,492.00 per year. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401K.
