JOB SUMMARY:The Manager, Customer Experience (CX) - Sales Operations will oversee customer service operations and sales processes, ensuring smooth customer interactions while optimizing sales efficiency through data analysis, process improvement, and technology implementation. This role effectively bridges the gap between customer support and sales teams to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of customer experience leadership in healthcare, biotech, or a related field.
• Background in sales operations management with a strong understanding of sales principles.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer interactions and collaborating with teams.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing high-performance customer service teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:The current salary range for this position is $52.95 to $72.81.
