As a Sales Specialist, you will be pivotal in forging sustainable relationships with our clients and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products/solutions Prepare regular sales forecasting reports Stay up-to-date with product trends and customer preferences Coordinate with other teams to enhance customer service and satisfaction Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships Strong salesmanship and negotiating skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics Solid customer service and relationship-building skills Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of the food and beverage industry Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Sales Certification (PSC) preferred Food Handler Certification or relevant industry certifications are a plus
