Rate: $38-42/hr, DOE About the Role: Integrity Trade Services is
actively seeking a skilled and safety-conscious E&I Technician
to join a leading chemical manufacturing company specializing in
PVC stabilizers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work
within a dynamic industrial environment, contributing to the
installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and
instrumentation systems critical to production operations. The
ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a focus on
safety, and a commitment to quality service. Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial control
systems, power distribution networks, including electric motors,
motor control devices, and variable speed drives. Perform
calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs on water and
wastewater instrumentation—such as analytical analyzers, flow
meters, pressure sensors, and level transmitters. Maintain and
troubleshoot computer systems related to SCADA (Supervisory Control
and Data Acquisition), HMI (Human-Machine Interface), programmable
logic controllers (PLCs), UHF radios, fiber optic networks, and
other process control equipment. Install and service office
computers and networking hardware, ensuring reliable connectivity
and system performance. Collaborate with licensed electricians to
install new equipment, conduit, and wiring systems in compliance
with electrical codes and standards. Maintain accurate
documentation, including maintenance logs, inventory records,
manuals, and blueprints. Conduct routine inspections and
calibrations to ensure the integrity and proper functioning of
electrical and instrumentation systems. Perform site cleanup and
maintain a safe, organized workspace in compliance with safety
standards. Demonstrate knowledge of Pace’s geographic layout and be
adaptable to working across different locations within the
facility. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED;
additional technical training or certifications preferred. Minimum
of 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation
maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial
environment. Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and
technical manuals. Solid understanding of motor control circuits,
electrical codes (local, state, federal), and safety protocols.
Experience with SCADA systems, HMI software, PLC programming, fiber
optic networking, and telemetry preferred. Strong troubleshooting,
problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with team members and external vendors.
Demonstrates professionalism, dependability, and a strong work
ethic. Physical ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting (up to
50 lbs), work in varying environmental conditions, and perform
physically demanding tasks such as climbing, bending, and working
