Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager who will
build and maintain partnerships for data exchange.
Key Responsibilities
Work strategically with internal teams to ensure client
satisfaction and service delivery
Coordinate and participate in client meetings and maintain
proficiency in CRM and proprietary software
Review and analyze data exchange specifications and ensure proper
configuration for data transfer
Required Qualifications
Associate degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a
similar position
Experience interfacing with clients and providing technical
solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate
resources for data integration initiatives
Self-motivated with the capability to work with minimal
supervision
