A company is looking for a Resource Management and Operations
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize resource deployment and manage staffing requests while
collaborating with team members
Maintain data accuracy and provide insights through data entry
support and report analysis
Understand business operations, project pipelines, and provide
performance feedback summaries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree
Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with Salesforce is desirable
Ability to manage confidential information professionally
Experience in managing complex situations and providing performance
feedback
