Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Sr Manager to oversee a team
that develops products based on user needs and business
objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team
members
Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor
staff
Define user stories and product requirements while collaborating
with design and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant
experience
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
Leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational
targets
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
