Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Program Manager,
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and drive KCS methodologies to enhance knowledge sharing
and support efficiency
Design and deliver engaging training programs for customer-facing
technical support staff
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
and provide data-driven insights for optimization
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical enablement, technical support,
or training roles in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
Demonstrated success in implementing KCS in a technology or
cybersecurity environment
Strong background in creating and delivering technical training
content
Familiarity with cloud security and support systems such as Zendesk
or Salesforce
Experience with enablement and learning tools like LMS platforms or
Highspot is a plus
