Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to work
from home.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify callers for programs, products, or services through
outbound and inbound calls
Schedule appointments and assist with insurance lead qualification
and patient recruitment
Demonstrate product knowledge after completing the training
period
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems
Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
Must own a compatible computer and have high-speed internet
access
Must be available for a full 2-week mandatory virtual training
